SEBI amends the investor dispute resolution procedure under LODR regulations
SEBI has notified that the listed entity shall submit all claims, differences or disputes between the listed entity and its investor to a dispute resolution mechanism that includes mediation and/or conciliation and/or arbitration, as per the procedure specified by the Board, as opposed to the existing provision where this is governed by the bye laws/regulations of the Stock Exchanges.
