Summary of the Master Circulars issued by SEBI, NSE and BSE dated 30/06/2023.

SEBI and Exchanges notifies updated Master Circular compilation for Listed entities.
Multiple circulars have been issued, over the years, covering the operational and procedural aspects of the continuous disclosure requirements for issuers of listed Non-convertible Securities, Securitized Debt Instruments and Commercial Paper prescribed by SEBI(LODR) Regulations 2015.
For effective regulation of the corporate bond market and to enable the issuers and other market stakeholders to get access to all the applicable circulars at one place, a Master Circular has been issued by SEBI on 30th June 2023, compiling all the relevant existing circulars, with consequent changes.
On similar grounds, the NSE and BSE have also prepared a Master circular for Listed Companies which is a compilation of relevant and updated circulars/guidelines as on May 31, 2023 and June 14, 2023 respectively relating to –
· Listing Approvals ie. IPO, Further Issues, Scheme of arrangement etc,
· Listing Compliance ie. Listing Regulations (Equity and Debt), SAST and PIT
which are operational as on date of this circular.
