IBBI notifies Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Liquidation Process) (Amendment) Regulations, 2021
Through this amendment, the requirement, as specified in Regulation 31(2), to announce the filing of list of stakeholders with the Adjudicating Authority through public announcement in newspapers in the manner specified in Regulation 12(3) is done away with. Now, the same shall be by way of filing on the electronic platform of the Board for dissemination on the Board’s website.
This amendment is applicable for every ongoing liquidation process and those commencing on or after 04/03/2021.
