Filing of Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report(BRSR) by Listed Entities
With effect from the financial year 2022-2023, filing of BRSR shall be mandatory for the top 1000 listed companies (by market capitalization). For the financial year 2021-22, filing of BRSR is voluntary for these entities. In this connection, BSE requires that the listed entities shall submit BRSR in both PDF and XBRL mode and the designated path where the same can be uploaded in its portal is notified in the circular.
