Summary of the circular issued by NSE on 11/07/2022
Listed Entities to provide URLs w.r.t uploads made in its website under LODR regulations on or before 18/07/2022
LODR Regulations requires an entity that has listed its specified securities and non-convertible securities to maintain a functional website and upload various intimations under Regulations 46 and 62, respectively. To ensure its effective enforcement, NSE now requires the listed entity to provide the URLs of the information uploaded as required under the above mentioned regulations in the designated path in NSE’s NEAPS portal by 18/07/2022.
