ADMINISTRATIVE CHANGES –
Revisions to the NCLT benches constituted by the Central Government under the Companies Act, 2013
Further to the recent amendments to the constitution of Indian Union Territories, the Central Government has notified the following changes to its notification on constitution of NCLT Benches dated 01/06/2016–
– rephrased the term State of Jammu and Kashmir as “(2a) Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir. (2b) Union territory of Ladakh.”, which would fall under National Company Law Tribunal, Chandigarh Bench.
– Clubbed the entries- Union territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Union territory of Daman and Diu- into Union territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu, which falls under National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad Bench.
