Issuance of Master circular for listed companies.
In order to enable the Listed Companies to have access to all the applicable circulars at one place and the compliance with the regulatory requirements, NSE has prepared a Master circular, a compilation of all the relevant and updated circulars/guidelines issued and operational as on April 29, 2024, for the Listed Companies.
This Master circular consists of 2 parts-
2. Annexure B- containing details of Relevant circulars/guidelines relating to Listing Compliance i.e. Listing Regulations (Equity and Debt), SAST and PIT
Further, this Master circular supersedes earlier Exchange master circular (ref no: NSE/CML/2023/22 dated July 05, 2023) and the circulars/guidelines distinctly marked in the respective annexures to this Master Circular shall stand rescinded.
