MCA extends deadline for filing of e-form/web form DIR-3 KYC to 15/09/2022
MCA has extended the due date for filing of e-form DIR-3 KYC and web-form DIR-3 KYC WEB, without payment of any additional fee, to 15/09/2022 from 30/09/2022.
Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for the listed entities in filing application for Scheme of Arrangements under LODR Regulations, 2015
BSE and NSE had issued SOP to be followed by the entities listed with it in filing application for Scheme of Arrangements under Regulation 37 of LODR Regulations, 2015 on 02/11/2021, indicating various timeline by which the listed companies shall complete prescribed activities.
This SOP is now amended to require the listed entities refer to the latest Master Circular issued by SEBI w.r.t the Scheme of Arrangement on 23/11/2021 (as opposed to Master Circular issued on 22/12/2020, which was originally referred to in the circular).
