No additional fee payable for filing of e-forms relating to Annual Return and Financial Statements for the FY 2020-21 upto 31st December, 2021
MCA has waived off the additional fee payable on e-Forms AOC-4/AOC-4 (CFS)/AOC-4 XBRL and MGT-7/MGT-7A for the FY 2020-21 upto 31/12/2021.
MCA extends deadline for submission of Cost Audit Report for the FY 2020-21 to 30/11/2021
The timeline for submission of cost audit report by the Cost Auditor to the Board of Directors of the Company has been extended to 30/11/2021 from the earlier revised deadline of 31/10/2021 and therefore, Form CRA-4 shall be filed within 30 days from the receipt of such cost audit report by the Company.
