Deferment from Sept 2021 to December 2021 in the applicability of XBRL based filing of Related Party Transactions (RPTs) for BSE Listed Banking Companies
BSE vide its circular dated 06/09/2021 required listed companies to file RPT only in XBRL mode from the half year ended 30/09/2021. It has now notified that the same shall not be applicable for listed banking companies for the half year ended 30/09/2021 and listed banking companies can file RPT disclosures in PDF format for the said period.
Other listed entities shall continue to file RPT Disclosures in XBRL form as mandated by BSE.
