Relaxation of SEBI rules for Central Government w.r.t Disinvestment in Public Sector Undertakings(PSUs)
In order to facilitate disinvestment of Central Government’s stake in the listed PSUs, SEBI has notified that it may, after due consideration of the interest of the investors and the securities market and for the development of the securities market, relax the strict enforcement of any of the requirements LODR regulations, if an application is made by the Central Government to this effect.
