NSE notifies action that will be taken for non-compliance w.r.t SDD
NSE had earlier notified vide its circular no. NSE/CML/2022/51 dated October 28, 2022 on SOPs for compliance with SDD under PIT Regulations.
It has now notified that if the listed company doesn’t comply with the requirements of provisions of 3(5) and 3(6) of PIT Regulations which requires SDD to be maintained by the company, then the Exchange shall display, in its website in the ‘Get Quote’ page, that the company is non-compliant with SDD, from the next trading day till the Exchanges have satisfactorily verified that the company has completely complied.
