Standard Operating Process under SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015 for ensuring compliance with Structured Digital Database (“SDD”)
The stock exchanges have notified that the listed entities to whom the provisions of Regulation 24A (Secretarial Audit and Secretarial Compliance Report) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 are not applicable, shall continue to submit the SDD Compliance certificate on quarterly basis within 21 days from end of each quarter.
