Relaxation of additional fees towards filing DPT-3 for the FY ended 31st March 2023.
On account of the transition of MCA-21 Portal from Version -2 to Version -3, the authorities have decided to extend the due date of filing the Return of deposits (Form DPT-3) for the FY ended 31st March 2023 to 31st July 2023 from 30th June 2023, without paying additional fees.
