Filing of Annual Secretarial Compliance Report (ASCR) in XBRL format on BSE Listing Center.
BSE has informed that the facility to file ASCR in XBRL mode will be made available on its portal from 15/06/2023 onwards. The due date for the filing of the ASCR for the financial year ended 31st March, 2023 is 30/06/2023.
