1. MCA revises the effective date of implementation of revised Incorporation procedure though Companies (lncorporation) Amendment Rules, 2020 to 23rd February, 2020
Through this notification, effective date of implementation of e-Form AGILE-PRO along with the revised SPICe+ (Simplified Proforma for Incorporating Company Electronically Plus: e Form INC-32) shall be 23rd February, 2020. The revised formats of the e-Forms as indicated in the said notification are integrated in our free-to-use website ca2013.com for your quick reference.
