1. MCA introduces new forms for Incorporation of Companies though Companies (lncorporation) Amendment Rules, 2020 with effect from 15th February, 2020
Through this amendment, Profession Tax Registration and Opening of Bank Account can also be applied to through e-Form AGILE-PRO along with the revised SPICe+ (Simplified Proforma for Incorporating Company Electronically Plus: INC-32), in which application for reservation of name shall be made. e-Form RUN shall, henceforth, be used by the applicants in case of Change of Name only.
