NSE mandates filing of Financial Results only on NEAPS portal with effect from December 17, 2022 to bring all the filings under one single portal.

Key highlights of the Circular are-
- Filing under Quick Results Module–
- For outcome of board meeting with only financial results as agenda item for Quarterly/Half yearly/Annual Financial results (PDF file) will have to be filed only under Quick Results module on NEAPS.
- For outcome of board meeting with multiple agenda items along with financial results will have to filed under both Announcement and Quick result module on NEAPS.
- Filing of Full Results – XBRL submission for the Financial Results will have to be filed under Full Results module on NEAPS.
