EGMs and AGMs under Companies Act, 2013 can be conducted through Video Conferencing till 30/06/2022
MCA has notified that Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (‘EGM’) and Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) due to be conducted in the year 2021, can be done through VC/OAVM till 30th June, 2022.
MCA has clearly indicated that this circular doesn’t confer any extension of time to hold AGMs by the Companies under the Companies Act, 2013.
