SEBI amends norms pertaining to intimation of Record Date to Stock Exchanges under LODR Regulations
Under the revised regulation, a Listed Entity has to now intimate the Record Date with respect to the events such as declaration of dividend,rights/bonus issue, mergers, de-mergers etc. as listed in the Regulations 42(1)(a) to 42(1)(f) to all stock exchanges where it is listed or where stock derivatives are available on its stock or where its stock forms part of an index on which derivatives are available.
