Extension of deadlines for filing of CSR-2 and implementation of accounting software with audit trail under Companies Act, 2013
MCA has extended the deadline for filing of form CSR- 2 for the preceding financial year (2020-2021) to 31/05/2022 (as against earlier deadline of 31/03/2022). It has also extended the time line for implementation of accounting software with audit trail feature to 01/04/2023 ( as against the earlier extended deadline of 01/04/2022).
