Summary of the NSE Circular dated 27/03/2024.

Intimation of changes in the Corporate Grouping of Listed Companies through NEAPS application

NSE vide this circular introduces an online module to facilitate the listed companies, which were required to file the intimation of any change of its corporate group pursuant to any event such as Corporate Restructuring, Takeover, Merger, Demerger, Acquisition, Delisting etc. within 2 Working Days of the Effective Date of the change. 

The listed companies will now be required to intimate these changes within the said period through NEAPS application. (Link: https://neaps.nseindia.com/NEWLISTINGCORP/login.jsp). The path and the procedure of the same has been laid down in the Annexure of relevant circular. 

This corporate group repository has been formulated solely for the purpose of compliance with the SEBI circular dated August 24, 2023 and is not to be considered as a legal interpretation/ definition of the terms such as ‘group/ related party/ associate companies’ mentioned in any other SEBI Regulation/ Circular/ Act etc.
