Summary of the NSE Circular dated 17/10/2023.

NSE mandates filing of voting results of General Meeting in XBRL mode. 

Pursuant to the disclosure requirement of filing the voting results of general meeting, that the companies were earlier  required to file with the stock exchange in PDF & XBRL format, NSE now mandates it to be done in XBRL mode w.e.f  01/11/2023. 

NSE has further clarified that for the above purposes, XBRL filing shall be solely treated as compliance for filing of voting results of general meeting and no PDF submission shall be considered from the effective date. 

NSE has also specified the path for the above filing as under:

NEAPS > Compliance > Common XBRL Upload > Voting Results
