MCA extends deadline for submission of Cost Audit Report for the FY 2020-21 to 31/10/2021
The timeline for submission of cost audit report by the Cost Auditor to the Board of Directors of the Company has been extended to 31/10/2021 from 27/09/2021 and therefore, Form CRA-4 shall be filed within 30 days from the receipt of such cost audit report by the Company. In case the company avails the extension for holding AGM, then Form CRA-4 shall be filed within resultant extended period of filing financial statements under section 137 of the Companies Act, 2013.
